User Data Deletion

At Wings of the Aravis, we place great importance on the confidentiality and protection of your personal data.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request the deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time.

🔹 How to Request Deletion of Your Data

If you wish to delete the data associated with your customer account or your use of our services (for example: login via Google or Meta, booking history, or contact messages), you can make the request at the following address:

Please indicate in your message:

• The email address used when making your booking or creating your account,

• The type of data you wish to delete (customer account, booking history, etc.).

🔹 Processing Time

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from its receipt.
Once the deletion is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

🔹 Data That May Be Temporarily Retained

Certain data may be temporarily retained for legal reasons (including accounting or tax purposes), or for fraud prevention, in accordance with French regulations.
This data will be automatically deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary.
